- Place your fingers behind your head and Lie face up on the floor.
- Bring your knees towards the chest and lift the shoulder blades off the ground without pulling on the neck.
- Straighten your left leg to about a 45-degree angle from the ground and simultaneously turn the upper body to the right bringing the left elbow towards the right knee.
- Repeat the same on the other sides, bringing the right elbow towards the left knee.
- Continue these repetitions in a 'pedaling' motion for 12-16 reps.
