Shoulder Exercise - Dumbbell Shrugs for Trapezius


  • Stand holding dumbbells to sides in your hands

  • Raise your shoulders as high as possible.

  • Lower and repeat the exercise for 12-15 reps.

  • This exercise is for working the Trapezius.
